The Timeshare4u.com marketing program is collaboration between the owner of the timeshare weeks and the owners of Timeshares4u.com to insure that the owner’s timeshare weeks are professionally marketed at a competitive price. Timeshares4u.com will market your week(s) for rent or for resale for a period of one year for the price of $79.00 from the date of the transaction. Your week(s) will be professionally marketed via our Internet web site at Timeshares4u.com.

The following is a binding part of this Service Agreement:

1. Timeshares4u.com is authorized to market your week(s) for rent/resale based on the information provided by the owner of the timeshare week(s).
2. Timeshares4u.com agrees to work as a non-exclusive marketing agent for the owner.
3. Timeshares4u.com will not be liable or responsible for any accident or damage to the rental/resale unit or any guest at any time.
4. Our commitment to our clients is to promote the rental/resale of your timeshare week(s) as directed with the information you have provided us. The timeshare owner assumes all responsibility and liability based on the information that has been provided to Timeshares4u.com relating to the listing ad.
5. The timeshare owner is responsible for the management of his/her week/s including maintenance fees, authorization forms to renters, depositing the week for exchange if the week is not rented, and responding to potential renters when directly contacted.
6. The Timeshare owner agrees to hold harmless Timeshares4u.com on any issues pertaining to potential taxes due in regards to any rental or resale transactions on timeshare weeks.
7. The renting party assumes sole responsibility for insuring and confirming that the information provided by the timeshare owner in the ad listing is correct.
8. Timeshares4u.com reserves the right to cancel any listing at any time based on receiving complaints from property renters.
9. Timeshares4u.com acknowledges that by utilizing our services you agree to these terms and conditions.
